Many realtors encourage pre-inspections. This to to prevent possible surprises that may arise from a potential buyer’s inspection. I enjoy working with sellers. If they hire me for a pre-inspection, they are typically conscientious homeowners that want potential buyers to be satisfied.

Re-Inspections

This fee is subject to increase based on the amount of issues re-inspected and the location of the home.

A re-inspection is when an inspector returns to a property to inspect repairs that may have been made as part of an inspection addendum. This service is limited to only the items listed on the agreed upon addendum.
I have been a trusted home inspector for nearly 20 years. I came into the business in 2007. I worked in a partnership with my older brother, Jim Vargo, for the first 5 years. We worked initially under franchises of WIN Home Inspection. Later we worked under the company, Jim Vargo LLC. My older brother was a master inspector. He has since retired. It was my good fortune to learn the business under his tutelage. We both came from a construction family background. Our father owned Red Rose Construction for several decades.
My reputation is for being very thorough. I take my time when inspecting a home. However, I always keep my findings in perspective. My goal is to deliver accurate information without being unnecessarily alarming. I am always punctual. I typically start all appointments early if possible. Getting a head start on the exterior and roof allows me more time to be thorough in my overall inspection. I deliver a very detailed report with many photos. I like to illustrate the issues I find with photos. This eliminates any ambiguity in regards of the conditions described in the report. I almost always deliver the report on the same night as the inspection. On some very rare occasions, the report may not be delivered until the next morning.
Most importantly, you can count on me. I take my responsibility very seriously. There is a lot at stake with a home purchase. I will always put your best interest first. I’ve never had a customer complaint. I treat every inspection with equal importance. You will always get the very best I have to offer. Customer satisfaction is truly my top priority.
